Requests for drawings shall be approved for release to only SDVOSBs and will not be made available after 9/15/2020 at 16:00 CST. Vendors shall complete page one of the solicitation, price all CLINs under Section B from 0001 through 0080; firm fixed-price, and complete Section K in its entirety, where applicable. Vendors are strongly advised to closely read Sections L and M of the solicitation in its entirety before submitting the official, final quote. This solicitation closes on 9/18/20 at 16:00 CST and late quotes will not be accepted, nor evaluated. Section J, CDRL, is not separately priced and the vendor shall include corresponding prices to the firm fixed-price CLINs. The Government intends to evaluate line items 0001 through 0015 at time of award. However, line items 0002 through 0015 will be approved for production, delivery and invoice after full conformance and acceptance of line item 0001.
