Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida has a requirement for inspection, repair, and refurbishment of small (50 horsepower or less) Evinrude Multi-Fuel Burning Engine (including lower end units) Outboard Motors (OBM's) located at Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) Coronado, CA. The anticipated NAICS code is 841190 with a size standard of $1.7M. The anticipated contract will contain a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods for a total period of performance of 60 months, if all options are exercised. It is anticipated that up to 70 OBMs will be repaired/refurbished each period of the contract. The propose contract action is being solicited on the basis of full and open competition.
