This is a Request for Information (RFI) only for planning purposes, not a solicitation for bids or proposals. The Navy seeks information on technologies with a TRL of 5-7 for three operational areas: Counter-Unmanned System Swarms, Containerized Payloads for Unmanned Surface Vehicles, and Decision Superiority tools for the Maritime Operations Center. Selected technologies may be invited to participate in a series of live experimentation events, including Limited Objective Experiments and an Advanced Capability Experiment, tentatively scheduled for fiscal years 2026-2027. The government may provide funding to participants for travel, labor, and integration costs for these later experimentation events. A virtual Industry Day for the event is scheduled for December 4, 2025.
