Offerors must submit fully compliant quotes in PDF format on company letterhead to the designated Navy email, and late, partial, or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Quotes must include the offeror’s CAGE code, delivery lead times, and detailed technical specifications, with shipping charges listed as a separate line item if not included in base pricing. Payment terms are NET 30 days, and invoicing will be processed through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
