The Mastercam software is required because it is the package mandated by the manufacturer of the government’s recently procured OKUNA CNC machine. Phillips Federal Division is the exclusive source for all Mastercam solutions in direct territories across the United States, so competition is not expected to yield significant savings. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis to Phillips Federal Division.
