ROV-3000. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order, on a brand name basis, using simplified acquisition procedures. Outland Technology brand is the only brand that meets requirements because it is compatible with existing hardware and provides unchangeability with existing systems.
