Synopsis NAVY EXPERIMENTAL DIVING UNIT Lunaire Environmental Chamber The Navy Experimental Diving Unit Panama City Division (NEDU) has a requirement to procure a Lunaire Steady State Chamber. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order, on a brand name basis, using simplified acquisition procedures. Lunaire brand is the only brand that meets requirements because it is compatible with existing hardware and software control systems. Requirements See Attached Redacted Brand Name Justification.
