The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a Requirements Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract on a sole source basis to Safran Defense & Space, Inc., 2 Cooper Lane, Bedford, NH 03110 (CAGE Code 1YWM6), for the acquisition of life-cycle support services for fielded units of the Long-Range Optical Interrupter – Compact Optical Interrupter Laser (LROI-COIL) and the purchasing of new units supporting the U.S. Navy (USN). A sources sought notice number N61331-25-SN-Q22 was published on 3 March 2025 through 18 March 2025 on the Government Point of Entry, SAM.gov, per DFARS PGI 206.302-1(d). To date, only Safran Defense & Space, Inc. is expected to respond the resulting announcement, and as the OEM, they can only furnished the minimum requirements of this announcement.
