Scope: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to MathWorks, Inc. for the renewal of MathWorks software and maintenance. This procurement is Sole Source for the following reason: MathWorks, Inc. is the sole manufacturer, publisher and owner of MathWorks software products and the sole provider of any updates or technical support for these products in North America.
