Engraving and drilling for 16ea enclosures, top plates, and bottom plates -- Total Small Business Set-Aside -- Scope: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Code E31, requires contractor support to provide engraving and drilling support for on enclosures for the LCAC100 program. The contractor shall provide labor and support materials to accomplish the tasking specified below. Requirements: **See attached SOW and associated documents. 3.1 The contractor shall machine and engrave sixteen (16) Man-On-The-Move Radio Enclosure enclosures in accordance with drawing 414-8677696. The Government will provide sixteen (16) enclosures (P/N: 01.10 20 08 Enclosure, 200mmX100mmX80mm (Note 5 on drawing 441-8677696 (REV B) ) to produce FN2 (P/N: 8677696-002 on drawing 441-8677696 (REV B)) as Government Furnished material. 3.2 The contractor shall machine and drill sixteen (16) DC Converter Bottom Mounting Plates in accordance with drawing 414-8677696-003. Aluminum sheet will be provided to fabricate lines 2 and line 3. 3.3 The contractor shall machine and drill sixteen (16) Audio Interface Top Mounting Plates in accordance with drawing 414-8677696-004. Aluminum sheet will be provided to fabricate lines 2 and line 3.
