End of Amendment 1 4ea Video Wall purchase Installation and Maintenance -- Total Small Business Set Aside -- Scope: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement to remove and replace four video walls in 3 buildings 4 Rooms at NSWC PCD, Panama City, Florida. NSWC PCD presently has four Barco Video Wall systems, comprising two 4-monitor setups and two 9-monitor setups. All existing monitors are Samsung monitors. Each existing monitor has 4 inputs using an ECP from the server to feed display port media converters. Each system also has an amplifier with an audio input that is fed to ceiling monitor speakers. This work will replace all four systems with Planar based Video Walls featuring wall mounted touchpads to enable easy setup of hosted presentations. The video inputs shall be HDMI inputs. The existing audio associated audio systems shall be replaced with audio systems that utilize connected HDMI cables. The equipment installation shall include the supply of materials and the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and tools to perform the required installation. This requirement includes an integrated system maintenance contract, with four annual extension options. Prior to receipt of responses to the RFQ, a site visit will be held in Panama City, FL for all qualified SMALL BUSINESS interested parties. A guided walkthrough will be provided for vendors to take notes on size, mounting, and spacing requirements. Additionally, all qualified SMALL BUSINESS interested parties will be able to and inspect the facilities to gather information to generate an accurate response to the RFQ. **THE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) HAS RESTRICTED ACCESS.
