See Attached Justification and Clauses. IPS’ personnel developed the procedures and techniques for repairing the US Navy’s Advanced Acoustic Generators (AAGs). IPS personnel were trained to repair AAGs by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. IPS equipment specialists developed the cutter training module that will be used at CARE. IPS’ knowledge of the unique AAGs, IAAGs (Infrasonic AAG), and cutters, coupled with their experience in designing and fabricating the unique tooling required to repair the IAAG piston assembly, uniquely qualifies them to perform this SOW.
