ROSEMOUNT X-STEAM XEGP The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a brand name, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to authorized sellers of Rosemount X-STREAM Enhanced General Purpose Process Gas Analyzers. This procurement is brand name for the following reason: the items in this procurement are going to be used to duplicate a test lab. If another brand or model were selected, it would not be an exact duplication of the existing testing lab, thus introducing unacceptable risk for testing variation.
