Synopsis PROCUREMENT OF PERSISTENT SYSTEMS ITEMS The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a brand name, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to authorized sellers of Persistent Systems equipment. This procurement is brand name for the following reason: the Persistent Systems radio is used by other systems that existing equipment needs to interface with. No other radio can be used for this use-case because Persistent System radios are the only radio compatible with the external systems in which these items must interface with.
