The Government is seeking sensing and detection technologies related to underway vessel and open ocean defense against divers and UUVs. Further information is sought on general purpose effects, both kinetic and non-kinetic for the defeat of UUVs in port, harbor, open ocean, and straits or chokepoints navigated by blue force assets. These technologies should support detection, tracking, and the subsequent fire control necessary for engagement of potential undersea manned and unmanned threats.
