See below on how to submit your quote and what is needed in the quote. Amendment 3 - Add Questions and Answers 9-13. Amendment 2 - Added to the description Amendment 1 - Add Questions and Answer 1-8 Attachment. Add Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 referenced in the Statement of Work. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside. Email quotes to jamell.kilgore@navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Tuesday 8 August 2023 12pm Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and a detailed understanding of the Statement of Work in your quote. Also provide a capability statement. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). See the attached Statement of Work and and clauses. Please review all attachments. How to submit your quote to jamell.kilgore@navy.mil. Please submit a PDF document on your company letterhead detailing how you're meeting the requirement (compared to the Statement of Work attached), lead time, cage with the price on your quote. To bid on this award you will need to be a Small Business and have an active cage code in SAM. The technical portion of your quote will be evaluated against the SOW along with Best Value for the Government, SPRS ratings, price, and delivery terms. The Government has to see you understand and meet the requirement.
