Evaluation Factors for Bid Proposals The Bids submitted for this effort shall have the following information: The Vendor shall provide a 2D or 3D vendor item modification drawing that shows their proposed cut and weld case. This drawing at a minimum shall provide the final dimensions, both external and the usable internal dimensions. The Vendor shall state how they can meet the requirements as specified in the “EIW Cut & Weld Container Requirements.docx”. For any requirement that cannot be met, the Vendor shall state what they can provide (example – the required Handle Grip Diameter has an Objective of 1.0 inch and threshold of 0.75 inch, but Vendor ‘X’ handles have a Grip Diameter of 1.15 inches). In addition to A and B Award will be based on the best value to the Government considering price, delivery is of high importance, quality, and past performance.
