The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to nVision Solutions, Inc. This procurement is sole source for the following reason(s): The equipment required for upgrading hyperbaric test equipment, facilities atmospheric control, life support and physiological systems is only provided by nVision Solutions, Inc. Other manufacturer’s connectors are not compatible with the existing nVision components and connector in use at NEDU.
