DIVER THERMAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT OEM INSPECTION AND REPAIR The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to RINI Technologies INC, 582 South Econ Circle, Oviedo, FL for the valuation and diagnosis services, with the option of repairs for the Free Diver Heating Systems (FDCS). This procurement is sole source for the following reason: RINI Technologies INC is the OEM of the equipment that is needing diagnosis and possible repairs. As such, only RINI Technologies has the access to proprietary information to perform the required tasking.
