SOURCES SOUGHT N61331-23-SN-Q25 for Aluminum Freestanding Guardrail System The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement to procure one (1) 192LF Aluminum Freestanding Guardrail System to include installation, testing, and certification for NSWC PCD Building 575 located onboard Naval Support Activity, Panama City, Florida. The tubing AND fittings are to be made of aluminum to the greatest extent possible (not galvanized). The requirement includes the supply of materials and the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and tools to perform the required installation. This Sources Sought announcement is to identify sources capable of providing support for this effort. The information received will be used for planning purposes to help determine if the requirement can be fully or partially set aside to small business concerns. The NAICS code is 332311 - Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing with a PSC of 4240 - Safety and Rescue Equipment. A firm-fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated. Small businesses are encouraged to submit their capabilities. The resultant contract is anticipated to be for 16 weeks after contract award. Responses to this Sources Sought should include supporting materials that provide a demonstration of your company's capabilities and experience in reference to the listed tasks. In addition, responses should include: (1) CAGE code, DUNS number, and/or SAM ID.
