See attached justification. The Navy Experimental Diving Unit Panama City Division (NEDU) has a requirement to procure PAVE-Mate II, hyperbaric tested, electrical penetrator connectors and accessories. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for the delivery of the material. The procurement is sole source due to continuity within the system of systems and Pave Technology components already being tested and included in the approved, and certified, configuration baseline.
