The award shall be for a base year with one option year. Requirements: CLIN 0001 – Main Frame 8291612 Rev – First Article (Qty 2) The contractor shall build and test Main Frame in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 8291612 Rev -, Baseline with Drawing Reference – Sequential, and all associated drawings, changes, and specifications. Inspection and Acceptance to be performed at NUWC Keyport by Code 40. The government will need 45 days for IC – Dimensional inspection. The contractor shall develop and produce First Article Test & Inspection Report using NAVSEA Drawing 8291612 Rev -, required contractor performed test data. (CDRL A001, Test/Inspection Report) CLIN 0002 – Main Frame 8291612 Rev – Production (Qty 18) The contractor shall build and test Main Frame in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 8291612 Rev -, Baseline with Drawing Reference – Sequential, and all associated drawings, changes, and specifications. Inspection and Acceptance to be performed at NUWC Keyport by Code 50. The government will need 45 days for IU – End user inspection. The contractor shall develop and produce First Article Test & Inspection Report for the Lot using NAVSEA Drawing 8291612 Rev -, required contractor performed test data.
