CHILLER UNITS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SUPPORT- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division has a requirement for preventative and corrective maintenance services on chiller units and associated equipment that service the Ocean Simulation Facility (OSF), the Experimental Diving Facility and other equipment at the Navy Experimental Diving Unit (NEDU) located at Naval Support Activity, Panama City Florida. The maintenance services can only be provided by service providers who hold Carrier Certified Technician™, Trane™ Factory Certified BAS technician, Trane™ Factory Chiller Technician, and EPA Refrigerant Certification. The service period will be for one (1) year. This contract will contain four (4) 1-year options. Emergency Services Provide 24/7 availability to receive service emergency requests and provide a resolution or perform diagnostics no later than 48 hours after first contact on any of the identified units, to include parts and labor for emergency service requests of ancillary equipment directly related to the overall operation of each individual chiller unit, such as but not limited to: flow and relief valves, pressure switches, circulating pumps and control systems, temperature control systems, in-line filters, fresh water and glycol chill water loops, etc. All service to be completedat NEDU, Panama City, FL 32407 Include vendor CAGE Code with quote.
