Amendment 1: answered question (see attachment) The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is soliciting proposals on the basis of full and open competition for virtual instructor led contracting support training. The following training is required as specified in the attached Class Descriptions: Briefing & Presentation Skills: virtual delivery, three (3) days, twenty (20) students Negotiation Skills: virtual delivery, two (2) days, twenty (20) students Cost & Pricing: virtual delivery, five (5) days, twenty (20) students The Schedule for training is notionally FY 2022 – Qtr 2, Qtr 3 or Qtr 4 and the exact schedule shall be as mutually agreed upon by the Government and the successful offeror. The resulting purchase order will be firm fixed price and will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price with a technically acceptable curriculum that meets the content requirements in the attached Class Descriptions. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any supporting training materials. All classes shall be completed by 30 September 2022. NAICS Code 611430 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12M applies. PSC is U009.
