BASE + 1 OPTION - SEE SOW AND ATTACHMENTS CLIN 0001 - QTY 600 - Drawing 3136018-1 Rev B CLIN 0002 - OPTION - QTY 600 - Drawing 3136018-1 Rev B DELIVERY TO: ATTN: Division Keyport Supply Officer Bldg 893 610 Dowell Street Keyport, WA 98345-7610 STATEMENT OF WORK O-Ring For the MK 30 Mod 1 Target Program 1 Scope This proposed contract is for procurement of O-Ring, NAVSEA Drawing 3136018-1 Rev B, Baseline with Drawing Reference, Sequential, and all associated drawings, changes, and specifications. The award shall be for a base year with one option year. 1.1 Background The MK 30 Mod 1 Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) target is a heavyweight torpedo-sized underwater vehicle used to provide surface ships, submarines, and aircraft with realistic, reliable, available and economical ASW training. The MK 30 Mod 1 target contains equipment that responds to active sonar and torpedo interrogation and provides radiated noise for passive sonar tracking and acoustic homing torpedoes. A submarine-like magnetic anomaly signature is also provided for use by ASW aircraft equipped with magnetic anomaly detection equipment. Though originally designed for use in the open ocean, recent design changes allow for littoral ASW training. 2 Applicable Documents The following documents are applicable to this SOW to the extent specified herein.
