The award shall be for a base year with one option year. Requirements: CLIN 0001 – Insert Cable Reel First Article (Qty. 2) The contractor shall manufacture Insert Cable Reel in accordance with IAW NAVSEA Drawing 53711-2820907 Rev B Assembly Level Baseline with Drawing Reference, Sequential, and all associated drawings, changes, and specifications. Inspection and Acceptance to be performed at NUWC Keyport by Code 522. The government will need 45 days for IC – End user inspection and acceptance. The manufacturer shall provide a Certificate of Conformance (CoC) with each delivery. CLIN 0002 – Insert Cable Reel Production (Qty. 600) The contractor shall manufacture Insert Cable Reel in accordance with IAW NAVSEA Drawing 53711-2820907 Rev B Assembly Level Baseline with Drawing Reference, Sequential, and all associated drawings, changes, and specifications. Inspection and Acceptance to be performed at NUWC Keyport by Code 522. The government will need 45 days for IU – End user inspection and acceptance. The manufacturer shall provide a Certificate of Conformance (CoC) with each delivery.
