FABRICATION OF RESERVOIR DRAIN TUBE ASSEMBLY The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement for the fabrication of twenty (20) reservoir drain tube assemblies. The contractor shall provide all facilities, personnel, and materials to fabricate the equipment. The contractor shall fabricate and deliver one (1) first article unit in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 7110381 Rev C. Government acceptance or rejection of the first article unit will be provided within thirty (30) days after receipt of the first article unit. Upon formal approval of the first article unit by the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), the contractor shall fabricate 19 production units in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 7110381 Rev C. Each production unit shall be tested and inspected in accordance with a Government approved test plan. The contractor shall document the test/inspection results and submit concurrently with the production reservoir drain tube assemblies.
