This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N61331-22-R-0013. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to L3 OceanServer Inc., 275 Martine St., Suite 103, Fall River, MA 02723, (CAGE Code: 3Z1E3), for the following items that were developed by and are propriatary to L3: CLIN 0001 – SF-I4AFT-01, Iver4 900 AUV Aft Section Lithium CLIN 0002 - SF-2205B-PL, Iver4 900 2205B SS & Bathy Payload Section (Li-ion) CLIN 0003 - SF-I4OPN-PL6H-L, Iver4 900 Open Payload Section w/6 Holes (Lithium) CLIN 0004 - 63-00282-00, Iver4 900 Oculus Forward Looking Sonar (FLS) CLIN 0005 - 42-02203-00, Iver4 900 Dolly V2 CLIN 0006 - 1 lot NSP, System Checkout, Maintenance, and Operational Training F.O.B. Destination; Naval Support Activity, Panama City, FL 32407 This requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis as concurred with by the NSWC PCD Office of Small Business Programs. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
