End of Amendment 1. The Naval Surface Warfare Center- Panama City Division intends to solicit competitive quotes for a firm fixed price purchase order to fabricate, test, and deliver the following items: Fourteen (14) each Seal Delivery Vehicle (SDV) non-audible communication units MOD 1D. Items will be fabricated in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 8436876 Revision A to be provided with the Request for Quote. Drawings are distribution limited to Department of Defense U.S. Contractors only and are subject to Export Controls. Requests for the drawings must be submitted via SAM.gov Contracting Opportunities. Requests must contain the vendors Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to be considered as potentially eligible to receive the controlled data. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Award will be made according to Section M of the clauses section. Offeror must have the facilities and equipment to fabricate and test the devices. All deliveries will be FOB Destination to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC) 100 Vernon Ave, Panama City, FL 32407-7018 by six (6) months after award.
