The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Med-Eng, LLC for the engineering technical support and equipment alteration/manufacture. This procurement is sole source for the following reason: Med-Eng is the OEM of the equipment that is needing alteration. As such, only Med-Eng has the access to proprietary information to perform the required tasking.
