The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to RINI Technologies for the purchase of Diver Garments. The equipment being purchased on this PR from RINI Technologies is to be utilized with currently fielded RINI Technologies equipment. To maintain compatibility, sparing, and reduce required training, only RINI Technologies can meet the Government's needs. This procurement is sole source for the following reason: RINI Technologies is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of this equipment. If the Government were to identify and evaluate another system, perform the field-testing of the equipment, produce the required documentation and drawings would cause additional expense to the Government and significantly delays to the associated programs. Delivery will be F.O.B. Delivery shall be no later than 4 weeks after award.
