The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL is soliciting competitive quotes for the following items: Ten (10) each, Pneumatic Cylinder, Mast that meet the requirements of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Drawing 53711-711006F. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The drawing is distribution limited to DoD Contractors only and contains technical data subject to the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C. Sec 2751 et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, Title 50 U.S.C. APP 2401, et seq. Requests for the drawing must ONLY be submitted through BETA SAM. ?Requests must contain the vendors Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code ?to be considered as potentially eligible to receive the controlled data. The vendor must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) record. A firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Award will be made to the best value, lowest priced offeror proposing a product that fully meets all requirements of NAVSEA Drawing 53711-711006F. Delivery will be no later than 6 weeks after award of the order.
