Inf... The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is seeking sources that can provide OCENCO Inc. Emergency Escaped Breathing Devices (EEBD): to include M-20.3 and M-20.3 Trainers. Information provided to NSWC PCD will be treated as Business Sensitive and will not be shared or distributed beyond other U.S. government agencies without consent from the provider of the information. Potential sources will be responsible for: Acquiring up to 21,000 OCENCO Inc. Emergency Escape Breathing Devices over the course of five years. Acquiring up to 220 OCENCO Inc. EEBD trainers over the course of five years. Responses shall include (1) sources sought number and title; (2) name and address of firm; (3) documentation of being an authorized distributor for OCENCO Inc.; (4) size of business, including: average annual revenue for past three years and number of employees; (5) ownership (including Country of Ownership), indicating whether: Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8 (a), Women-Owned, HUBZone, Veteran- Owned and/or Service-Disabled- Veteran-Owned Business, and System for Award Management (SAM) information; (6) number of years in business; (7) two points of contact, including: name, title, phone, fax, and e-mail address; and (8) DUNS Number (if available). Responses and questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Specialist, Frances J. Negrón via e-mail to Frances.negron@navy.mil. Responses are due 14 April 2020 by 1600 Central Time. This market research will aid in determining in whether or not a brand name justification or sole source justification will be utilized to satisfy government requirements.
