THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. A pre-solicitation conference will be held at the LaQuinta Inn and Suites, 7115 Coastal Palms Blvd, Panama City Beach, FL 32408, on December 10 2019 from 2:00-4:00pm. All prospective offerors are urged to attend this conference. In order to make the conference as productive as possible, offerors are requested to submit any questions they may have ahead of time and in writing to Kristin Shaw – kristin.jacks@navy.mil, on or before December 6, 2019. Due to the high interest only ONE representative from each company may attend the conference. The offeror shall provide written notification of the name of the company representative who will attend the conference by Monday, December 2, 2019 before the conference date. Please email Kristin Shaw at kristin.jacks@navy.mil the name of the person attending on or before December 2019. Phone reservations for attendees will not be accepted. In no event will failure to attend the conference constitute grounds for a claim after award of the contract. Please note: Each company is restricted to One attendee as there is limited conference space. This will be strictly adhered to. This conference is unclassified. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Panama City Division (PCD) provides the following information regarding the anticipated conference for the CORPORATE OPERATIONS SUPPORT SERVICES requirement. The anticipated issuance date for this solicitation (Request for Proposal (RFP)) is projected to be on or around 13 December 2019 with a proposal due date on or about 31 January 2020.. The anticipated dates listed above are estimates only and are not guaranteed. (1) This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) participants. Inquiries or proposals received from other contractors, based on the resulting solicitation, will not be considered. (2) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code; is 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services - Size standard $15M. (3) Eligibility as a potential Offeror for this requirement is subject to verification that the Offeror is an 8(a) participant in either the developmental or transitional stages or a current/active 8(a) member as indicated on the SBA website at www.sba.gov. Potential Offerors are encouraged to verify that all of the information within the SBA and SAM (www.sam.gov) websites is accurate and current. (5) The period of performance for this effort will be a base year of twelve (12) months with four (4) option periods of twelve months each for a total of five years. (6) Contract Type: It is the intention of NSWC Panama City Division to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. (7) This is a non-personal services contract. The anticipated areas of support under the Corporate Operations Support Services include but are not limited to the following: a) Facilities Support to include but not limited to; Facilities Project Management, Facilities Engineering Technician Support, Facilities General Maintenance Worker Support and Mail Orderly Support. b) Graphics and Imaging Support to include but not limited to; Workflow and Scheduling support, Graphics Arts and Illustration Support, Photographic and Video Support, and Graphics and Imaging Surge Support. c) Security Special Programs Support - Performance of this effort will require a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) briefing.
