The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL is soliciting competitive quotes for the following items on the basis of full and open competition: six (6) each ruggedized, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) 10.4” Displays that full meet the requirements of LCAC specification SPEC-2020-0001 “10.4" Extended Displays for the Landing Ship Fast Two (LSF-II) Expeditionary Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Navigation (C4N) Systems”. The items are ruggedized commercial off the shelf displays to accomplish Craft Alterations on the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) in support of an LCAC foreign military sales case. The LCAC specification is distribution limited to DoD Contractors only and contains technical data subject to the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C. Sec 2751 et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, Title 50 U.S.C. APP 2401, et seq. Requests for the specification must ONLY be submitted through BETA SAM. Requests must contain the vendors Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to be considered as potentially eligible to receive the controlled data. The vendor must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) record. A firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Award will be made to the best value, lowest priced offeror proposing a product that fully meets all requirements of LCAC specification SPEC-2020-0001. Delivery will be no later than 60 days after award of the order.
