SWRMC seeks IDIQ-MACs for continuous maintenance, emergent maintenance, and short-term CNO availabilities for non-nuclear surface ships homeported in or visiting the San Diego region. Awards will be made in two categories: MAC A for all requirements, including critical systems and CNO availabilities on a full and open basis, and MAC B for CMAV/EM on non-critical systems as a small business set-aside. Contractors may need immediate response capability for critical technical requirements, while MAC B involves systems and equipment requiring work certification. Offerors must possess or be able to obtain a Tier I, II, or III Master Ship Repair Agreement for the San Diego, CA homeport, and each contract will include five one-year ordering periods.
