Multi Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) Post Delivery Execution Yard (PDEY)
The government seeks execution of post-delivery availabilities for four Multi Mission Surface Combatants over a 14-month post-delivery period per ship under a Post Delivery Execution Yard contract. Each ship’s schedule will include at least a Post Shakedown Availability after transit from Marinette, Wisconsin and before Post Delivery Test & Trials, an Industrial Post Delivery Availability after PDT&T, and a Continuous Maintenance Availability at the end of the post-delivery period, with concurrent Planned Maintenance Availabilities possible. Work will be supported through Cost Plus Award Fee task orders for MMSC 1–4. Contractor responsibilities include preparing and managing PSA, IPDA, and CMAV work; drydocking during PSA; executing those availabilities and concurrent PMAVs; conducting Post Repair Trials at PSA conclusion; handling emergent work; and providing test, trials, readiness, and inspection support. The period of performance is intended to cover the post-delivery periods for all four ships.
