SWRMC is conducting market research via this Sources Sought announcement to assess industry capability and interest for preservation, hull, mechanical, and electrical/electronic repairs on USS GREEN BAY (LPD-20) trailerable boats 7MRBX0502, 7MRB0503, 11MRX1401, and 11MRX0504. The contemplated period of performance is 25 JAN 2027 through 21 DEC 2027. SWRMC is seeking small business concerns within San Diego County, and work will be performed at the contractor’s facility located within 50 miles of 32nd Street Naval Base San Diego. Interested vendors should submit a capabilities statement, not to exceed five pages, showing technical capability, relevant past/current contract experience, business size, POC information, and ability to perform at least 51 percent of the specification work in-house. This is not an RFP, and the Government does not commit to issuing a solicitation or paying for responses.
