Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) requires expedited procurement of 245 different long lead time Main Propulsion Diesel Engine (MPDE) direct replacement parts for the USS JOHN P MURTHA (LPD-26). The acquisition is a sole-source procurement intended for original equipment manufacturer Fairbanks Morse Defense, LLC (FMD), and it is not a request for competitive proposals. The parts must be purchased directly from FMD under NAICS 333618.
