The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is seeking proposals for Marine Boatyard Services and Industrial Support Services Lot III, covering repairs, modifications, and maintenance for non-commissioned boats, barges, and crafts. Performance will primarily occur at San Diego area Naval Facilities, including Naval Base San Diego, Naval Air Station North Island, and other specified locations. The contract is a 5-year multiple award IDIQ with five 12-month ordering periods, awarded as a total small business set-aside under NAICS 336611. Award will be based on best value, evaluating past performance, technical factors, and price. The successful offeror must have a SWRMC-approved Quality System in place at contract award.
