The contractor will provide a full range of technical services, maintenance, repair, and assessment coordination expertise to support the SWRMC Engineering Department. These services support U.S. Navy ships and submarines homeported in or visiting the Southwest U.S. region. Work includes Fleet Technical Assistance, Assessment Events, and Contract Management Oversight throughout SWRMC’s functional areas. The contractor must use a cost-effective mix of personnel and a flexible structure to accomplish both planned and emergent work. Proposals must be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module, with the Proposal Manager role required and registration details provided.
