This is a sole-source combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies, with the government intending to contract only with Fairbanks Morse Defense for long lead time material (LLTM) parts, though interested parties may identify their capability. Performance and delivery will be in support of the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) at Naval Base San Diego, with F.O.B. destination and government inspection/acceptance at destination. Evaluation will use a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) approach considering technical acceptability, price, and past performance.
