The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) requires a Handheld Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) Analyzer with associated equipment and services to support the analysis of carbon steel, low alloy steel, and stainless steel. Performance of services will be at Naval Base San Diego. This is a total small business set-aside, meaning large businesses are ineligible for award. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, considering technical acceptability, price, and past performance.
