This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for the removal, manufacture, pre-fit, weight test, and installation of nylon trunk safety nets on the USS CHUNG HOON (DDG-93). The work must be performed onboard the vessel, and the period of performance is from 04 May 2026 to 18 May 2026. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, evaluating price, technical acceptability, and past performance. To be technically acceptable, an offeror must confirm a NAVSEA-approved Quality Management System, DBIDS registration, and the capability to meet the delivery date and SOW requirements.
