Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest to provide the following material, including Freight on Board (FOB) Destination: Basic Part Name (nomenclature) XL Detect+ Video Borescope System / Part No. XLDPB6130 / Quantity / 1Each, Part Name (nomenclature) 6.1mm Forward View Black Tip, Part No. XLG3T61120FG, 1 Each, Part Name (nomenclature) 6.1MM SIDE VIEW BLUE TIP, Part No. XLG3T61120SG, 1 Each. The required delivery date is 30 September 2026 and may be subject to change. SWRMC is seeking vendors with the capability to provide the previously mentioned material under applicable NAICS 811210. Interested companies should submit a letter of interest including the company’s name, SAM Unique Entity ID number, business size, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of the company point of contact, along with a brief description of your company and its capabilities as they relate to the requirements set forth in the Product Description to include any lead times, if the information is available. The information submitted will be used for acquisition planning purposes. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. No basis for a claim against the Government shall arise as a result of this announcement. Responses to this announcement are voluntary and are of no cost to the Government.
