Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a total small business set-aside for the removal, manufacture, pre-fit, weight test, and installation of safety nets with new hooks onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. The period of performance is from March 2, 2026, to March 24, 2026. The work will be performed at Lima Pier, Naval Base Coronado. A mandatory ship check is scheduled for February 19, 2026, at 0830 AM at that location. To be eligible, a company must have an approved quality management system (NAVSEA Standard Item 009-04) from SWRMC's Quality Assurance department, and the evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and Past Performance.
