This is a small business set-aside for remediation services to clean, transport, and dispose of contents from a fuel oil storage tank onboard the USS Anchorage. The work must be performed at Pier 4, NAVSTA San Diego from March 3 through March 10, 2026. To be eligible, a company must have a quality management system approved by SWRMC's Quality Assurance department. The evaluation will be based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method.
