Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Code 410A Procurement intends to award a brand name limited source purchase order to BJG NELSON HOLDINGS INC (Ultrasonic Power Corporation) to procure and deliver one (1) 204-Gallon Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner and it's accessories (Part Number 51-15-809-D) used to expedite cleaning procedures for CIWS components. The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999 - All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 600 employees. Ultrasonic Power Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the parts and equipment associated with the Ultrasonic Cleaner and it's accessories. There are no authorized distributors or third party vendors who can provide this specific Ultrasonic Cleaner that meet the safety standards and requirements of Code 952 that supports the CIWS components, and Ultrasonic Power Corp. is the only source for the cleaning system upgrade, in direct replacement of the current cleaning system. This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers; however, all information received within three (3) days of this synopsis will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clean and concise documentation indicating a vendor's bona fide capability to provide this product or equivalency. Requests must include company name, address, telephone number of the requester, e-mail address, cage code, and business size.
