Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Code 410A Procurement intends to award a sole source purchase order to Azima DLI, LLC to procure and deliver six (6) TRIO 10" Vibration Data Collector/Field Analyzer Controllers (Item Number T2-9090-6302) used for vibration assessments of shipboard mechanical systems on US Naval ships. The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334519 - Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 500 employees. Azima DLI is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the software, hardware, and equipment associated with the TRIO data processors and analysis controllers. There are no authorized distributors or third party vendors who can provide the TRIO controllers, and Azima DLI is the only source for the hardware and software upgrade, in direct replacement of the six outdated TRIO controllers This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers; however, all information received within three (3) days of this synopsis will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clean and concise documentation indicating a vendor's bona fide capability to provide this product or equivalency. Requests must include company name, address, telephone number of the requester, e-mail address, cage code, and business size.
