This is a sources sought announcement in anticipation of a potential future procurement. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is conducting market research seeking to identify sources with the ability to provide Pump Centrifugal replacement parts on the USS TRIPOLI (LHA 7) anticipated to begin in Mach 2023 (subject to change). The Government seeks authorized distributors of original equipment manufacturer that can provide material in compliance with the attached Product Description. Procument of enclosed material shall be Brand Name or Equal in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. SWRMC is especially interested in determining small business capability and interest. SWRMC is contemplating award of a firm fixed price contract. The applicable NAICS is 333996. What/Where to Submit: Interested companies should submit a notice of interest including the name, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of one point of contact. The notice of interest should include a brief description of your company, its capabilities in response to the bullets identified above, additional capabilities as they relate to the requirements set forth herein, and answers to the following specific questions. Please limit your response to no more than 10 (ten) pages. 1. Is your company an authorized distributor of the OEM? 2. Is your company a small or large business as defined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) under NAICS code 333996 (the small business size standard is 1,250 in number of employees)? Information provided shall be treated as Business Sensitive or Confidential to the responder, exempt from public release under the Freedom of Information Act.
